Once the FilePath is corrected, everything works again. After this, one or both the users cannot open the file. The FilePath setting is changed from it's correct local path to a full UNC path. I have reduced the memory used by Exchange just in case. Both users open the file in multi-user mode.Īs I said, it works, but at least once a week, the contents of the ND file are changed (and I assume it is by one of the client Quickbooks programs). Multi user access works, the firewall has the correct port open, the QBDataServiceUser24 has access to the permissions to access the shared folder and the QuickBooksDB24 service is running. The software was updated to the latest version it was all installed recently Two users run Reckon from their Windows 7 64 bit PC's. We have a Windows 2011 Small Business Server that hosts the reckon files.
